My golden paragraph

I’ve been training for over a decade, achieving goals in disciplines like calisthenics, handbalancing, mobility training, powerlifting and strongman.

Constantly striving to combine differnet disciplines and create resilient, capable bodies.

I’ve been helping people for most of those years reach their goals with a comprehensive, easy-to-follow and hollistic personalised approach.

Sept 2016

Started training calisthenics after a few years of team sports

2017

Started training friends for fun.

June 2019

Co-hosted a workshop with FitnessFAQs in Athens, about bodyweight training skills and how to build muscle

2020

Made a switch to more weight-focused training

2022

Competed in my first powerlifting meet

2023-24

Competed in 3 more powerlifting meets Best numbers so far were 220kg squat, 142.5kg bench press, 250kg deadlift

2023

Competed in Greece's Strongest Human competition, securing 3rd place in the 90kg weight class

2024

Competed in my second strongman competition, securing 3rd place in the 90kg weight class

2025

Already having helped dozens of people achieve their physique, strength and flexibility goals, I launched this website you're reading, so that I can help you, too.
